Cacao Coconut Treats

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 1 hour
• 1 cup almonds
• 2 cups dessicated or shredded coconut (preservative free)
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1/4 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
• Silicon muffin tray or cake tin with grease proof paper
Play with this combination to suit your taste. You can also add dried fruit such as cranberries.Method

1. Mix dessicated coconut, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a blender or chop until at desired consistency
2. Mix cacao powder and honey with coconut oil until dissolved.
3. Tip dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Spoon the mixture into a silicon muffin tray or cake tin with grease proof paper inserted and place in the freezer.
5. The freezer will harden the coconut oil and then the treats can be transferred to the fridge for storage
