Did you know that Vitamin D is good for your brain?

Vitamin D is highly essential to brain health, with reviews suggesting a potential link between low levels of this “sunshine” vitamin and low cognitive test scores, as well as suboptimal brain and vascular health.

Meanwhile, B3 has been shown to lower levels of the protein deposits that cause impairment of the brain, while reinforcing the networks through which neurons communicate information.

This summer, whilst being sensible outdoors and in the sun, we hope that you (and your brain!) get the Vitamin D your body needs.
