Gut-Healing Vegetable Broth

Why it’s great:
Soothes digestion, rich in minerals and amino acids — great after indulgent weekends or illness.
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 zucchini
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Small piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups filtered water
- Sea salt
Method:
- Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour.
- Strain and sip warm throughout the day.
Add a spoonful of miso or collagen powder for extra gut support.
