Apple Cinnamon Crunch

This quick, easy and healthy snack is a perfect pre or post meal treat, with plenty of fiber to leave you satisfied.

Ingredients (single serving):

1 x Green or red apple

1 x tablespoon Cinnamon

2 x tablespoons Nuts (preferably walnut or almond)

1 x tablespoon Honey

Process:

  • Dice up the apple into bite-size chunks; set aside
  • Dice up the nuts to a spreadable size; set aside
  • Combine the apple, nuts with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey into a ceramic/microwaveable bowl
  • Microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften and warm the mixture
  • Enjoy! Consider adding 2 x tablespoons of natural Greek yogurt
