Avocado & Green Apple Breakfast Bowl

Why it’s great:
Supports blood sugar balance, healthy fats for hormone function, gentle on digestion. Great breakfast for stabilising morning energy and supporting metabolism.
Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 green apple, chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop plant-based protein (or hemp seeds)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, top with chia seeds or coconut flakes.
