Avocado & Green Apple Breakfast Bowl

Why it’s great:
Supports blood sugar balance, healthy fats for hormone function, gentle on digestion. Great breakfast for stabilising morning energy and supporting metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein (or hemp seeds)
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, top with chia seeds or coconut flakes.
